A really good organization that offers free food for cats and dogs if you are in need. It's kind of sad to see the animals in cages but remember, it's even more sad to see them in bad situations out on the street. This place is very good at what they do and the volunteers are very nice.

This place should be shut down!! The cats are all sick! They have green junk coming from their nose. Nasty eyes, sneezing and coughing. I chose the healthy ones that got sick a week later. They all have feline herpes according to my vet. Run from this place!!!

I left this place in tears today. The living conditions for these animals is horrible!! Tons of dogs in small crates packed the building. Could barely walk through. They had animals out back living in mud. Most of the dogs are not fixed. Watched in disbelief as a dog fight broke out. Staff kicked and picked up the dog by its neck and carried away.
Most of these dogs will require a lot of training and therapy from this place. Some dogs looked like they had given up already.
No one offered to help. When we asked about a dog, they had no clue.
This place needs help ASAP!

They don't take proper care of their animals. How you don't know a cat has ringworm before they go to a home with children idk, all their animals probably have it.

In town and wanted to go look around. Could barely last 5 minutes. The smell is outrageous and the animals are living in horrible conditions. Questioning if this place is even legal. The people there ran out before we went in confused as to why we were there. We went in for a bit and these dogs are living in tiny cages. My heart aches for these animals.

Wow. This place is unsanitary I couldn’t believe it when I walked in. I was in town for a graduation and to kill some time, I visited this place. The moment you walk in you automatically get hit with the smell of urine and feces. There are lots of dogs in cages on the floor. The cat rooms are all packed and dirty. Every single cat in those rooms is sick. I did not see ONE single healthy cat. We all know that if a cat has an upper respiratory infection, you separate and cure. If they’re around all other animals, of course they will get sick. These animals are better off being on the streets and fending for themselves than to be in this shelter. These animals are miserable and unhappy. They’re all sick and you can tell by their behavior. A lot of these cats are missing eyes!! This place needs to immediately fix itself or the city needs to shut it down. I will be making sure to not only leave a post but also making sure the city knows of these horrific conditions. I also gave them a donation and they didn’t have a box or anything. Lady took it. I wouldn’t be surprised if she kept it. The staff here are uncaring and it shows.

This place is absolutely unsanitary… I felt so terrible for all of the animals at this place. It’s absolutely filthy. I know those poor animals need a home but please be prepared to give them a GOOD cleaning. The building is trashed and is beyond repair. I can’t even get started on the smell… I understand they’re animals and they make messes. But the smell is so godly awful. I wanted to throw up just walking through there. I felt so dirty once I left… I wish there was a way to get this place closed down. It’s awesome that they take in animals to house and feed. However the condition of the place is terrible and inhumane. I wouldn’t even give them a one star…
