I found Marlo Wilks to be knowledgeable of the real estate market as well as knowing various repair people in the area that I might contact for those jobs that always have to be done in a new home purchase. Marlo had helped my family on three occasions. From start to finish, I won’t ever use someone else. It all started when she listed our house, on a Saturday, Sunday we did an open house and I believe 4 showings, Monday we had 4 offers, 3 above asking with 2 escalation clauses and an appraisal gap clause.
