My experience with Linda and Sam in selling my property was spectacular. I had a rather unique property which had some unusual challenges in selling it. I initially had a realtor who was inexperienced and had no idea how to sell this property. After that fiasco, I found the dynamic duo and we got down to business. They had all the great contacts, had fabulous marketing, and were always extremely professional throughout the process. Samantha and Linda are fantastic to work with. We were blown away by how knowledgeable they were during the entire process. We looked at a lot of homes, and we were pretty picky. But they were always patient and listened to what we liked and didn’t like about each one. They made the process enjoyable. And when we found the home we knew was the one for us, that’s when they really shined. This was a big step for us and we felt so comfortable with their advice. They helped us with what to offer, skillfully balancing my husband’s desire to offer more to make sure we got it, with my desire to make sure we were still getting a good deal. We had so many questions, and they never got impatient or made us feel silly for asking. They helped us navigate the inspection and contingency removal, all while we had to be out of state. We 100% trusted their advice. They helped us negotiate and we felt really good about how everything went from start to finish. Buying a home and moving (with a 1 year old!) is not easy and they made it as easy as possible. We love our home, and we are so grateful!
