I have the highest recommendation for the SEARS group ! Martin is very flexible and understanding when it comes to assisting with requests from homeowners. The latest one I had was in help I needed in regards to extending the lease to a great tenant he found. Martin donned on his former experience in property management to do a thorough walkthrough of the home and provide a new lease to my existing tenants. Martin is always available for guidance as he is highly knowledgeable and I often reach out to Martin for advice.

It was a hard decision to make... moving back east. Thank God for Martin. Our house sold after three weeks on the market. He was always there to guide us, answer any question, explain everything clearly and if needed explain it again.
This is the second time Martin has helped us. When we moved to Arizona he helped us find the house we just sold. I remember many phone calls as we were still in Maine when the house was being built. He over saw that and kept us updated.

Martin Sears is far and away the best realtor I've had. As stressful and complex as buying or selling (as in my case) can be, Martin is an enormous asset. He is responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. He has a lot of knowledge about the real estate market in general, but his local knowledge of real estate in Estrella is unsurpassed. Martin and his knowledge and experience is unmatched! He goes above and beyond your expectations in representation. he explains things thoroughly and gives you all the what if scenarios to think about. If you are selling a home, even in a sellers market, you would be crazy to not list with an agent like Martin. When the home inspection is done and the buyers have a list of things they want you to fix, this is where things can get tricky. You can lose a deal completely or get yourself in a situation where you are doing too much and cutting into your proceeds. Same as if you are a buyer. Martin gives concise advice and all geared to a successful closing with the least amount of stress. I highly recommend.
