Having stayed with my family at the Glendora, CA property managed by Martindale, I can honestly say we enjoyed our time living there! The property was in a great locale, wonderful community, and especially well priced for the area. As for the apartment itself, we had no issues with the actual property whatsoever. The staff was also very professional and incredibly responsive! Have nothing but the best to say about Ms. Lina and Ms. Megan. I left due to work relocation, but if I could!....I definitely would of stayed longer! 🙂

I have been meaning to write a review for a month now! I had such a positive experience connecting with management. Ms. Lina and Ms. Megan were super responsive and patient with me (it was my first time attempting to apply for a place on my own.) I had to go a different route ultimately, based on uncontrollable life circumstances, but they remained professional and kind despite the inconvenience of me having to choose a different direction.

I appreciate this team so much and honestly still sad I won’t be privileged to have them as management, but I am excited for the next tenant who does.

Jim Martindale is a consummate professional. I have leased office space from his team in the past and I use his team currently to lease & manage several residential properties. Have leased with Martindale Executive Centre for the last five years and could not be happier. Great environment to work in, beautiful and well maintained. Me and my husband are first time renters so we had a few hiccups along the way (Our faults). But the people Theresa, Megan, and Lina helped us every part of the way with amazing attitudes and patience. Definitely thankful for these ladies!
