This place is the worst. Started out fine and now no one wants to take responsibility of issues. I'm dealing with rude school kids in front of my home and in my common area every morning. the office is there early enough in the morning to see what's going on but insist on doing nothing about it until someone's kid get hurt. they are close enough to my door every morning setting off my ring doorbell and my ill husband is there experiencing this but nothing is being done about it. Not only that the property manager wants to charge a payment for work requested by maintenance, and not to mention they have mice.

I have a lease at Southwood Townhomes. I paid money and never moved in due to bug infestation. They refuse to let me out of the lease being as though they breached, not me. It is completely not right and bad business. I have not stayed in property one day, currently having to stay with family and paying for all belongings in storage. Hopefully I get some help in court as Property Manager at Southwood won't help at all, just want you to pay for somewhere you not living at.

I have lived at Woodlawn Village for about 6 months now, and the staff here are so nice and attentive. The community is peaceful and quiet. Perfect place to live and has such a great management company. Couldn't see myself anywhere else.

I am a past resident from Belmont Park in Baltimore, MD. I LOVED living here!!! Maintenance was quick and efficient & the leasing staff was top tier. Management always addressed any concerns I had. The grounds were always kept very clean. The rooms of the apartments were very spacious and tidy.

I actually loved this place so much that I applied for a leasing position within their company. Pay is decent (you get an hourly rate plus the opportunity to make commissions). The scheduling is very flexible. Healthcare options are SUPERB. This is the best job I've ever had. Management and co-workers really appreciate you and they SHOW IT. 10/10 recommend.

I have lived at two different Maryland Management properties. Their maintenance responds quickly and the office staff is always so helpful. I liked living on their properties so much, I applied for a job with them and have been happily working for them for three years now. I would highly recommend this management company to anyone and I would definitely live in any of their complexes!

Great management company! They have been in the business for years, and manage multiple properties. They are timely & compassionate about their residents. The policies, as listed in the lease are reasonable. Maintenance requests are always completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Their communities have good rental rates, and pay for some of the utilities!

Would recommend to rent from them!
