Koorosh pulled through and made us aware the offer was considered a “risky” move. We decided to move forward to make our “offer” outshine other buyers. The whole process needed to be completed “perfectly" to close on time. He finalized all the documents ahead of close and had 2 days to spare. We got the house at a great price, we got the loan, and we closed on time. I don’t think a Mortgage Broker from a big bank would’ve been able to do all of this (we’ve previously closed 30 days and 60 days for our other two homes).

What may be "normal" for a probate situation is not something I was really prepared for. Miscommunication and delays across the board on the sellers side of things.
