I would HIGHLY recommend this insurance company. I am with Matthew's Insurance from Anderson, but I think it is the same company. They have seen me through a lot. They are kind and understandable and just amazing! I absolutely love the lady who calls to wish me and my husband happy birth, warms my heart!! I always spread the word and tell people they have no idea how wonderful this company truly is!! I am very proud to say I have Matthew's Insurance!!!

Good people running the place. They've done a good job keeping my insurance rates as low as possible.
And when I hit a deer last fall, they handled it quickly, fairly, and I was able to get a rental and head to work. They brought the paperwork and checks directly to me at my place of employment.

Terrible company, agent is almost always never available, must leave multiple voicemails just to get a call back days later. Most recently, I was told the day of scheduled repairs, that I don't have rental coverage, when my previous vehicle that was totaled, got me a rental for two weeks. I did nothing to request my policy to be different so why is this happening? I have no idea because once again, no one is answering the phone. Do yourself a favor, and stay far away from this company.

I tried the fax that they have and it's not the one and when you call to say the fax number on the website isn't the correct number for a fax there like well here's the correct one and explain to me that there's nothing we can do to change the number wow.

I have been trying to get a refund from my insurance company and my agent told me that she would call them to get my refund then call me back with an update and she never has. Every time I call up there she is either not there or “busy” . Still waiting for my refund
