Matthew was the kindest and most diligent loan officer that we have ever worked with. Matt explained what he was trying to do for us in layman terms. He always had time! Never was it too late in the day or a day that he wasn't available for questions should we have one or a few. We didn't take advantage of his willingness to work late hours, but we really appreciated him being there for us.
My best friend and her husband are in the process of purchasing their new home at the same time, same builders, and with the same mortgage company. They were having a terrible experience with their loan officer. I called Matt and asked him to please talk with my best friend. Matt was absolutely the most professional person listening to her concerns and offering his apology yet being totally supportive of his colleague.
