Let me start by saying that I am in real estate myself, so I am very particular about the people I work with. And Matt impressed me. Matt was an excellent communicator throughout the mortgage process, which really made the difference. He always responded promptly. Even if he couldn't answer my questions or speak to me right away, he communicated an expectation of when he would get back to me and always followed through. I really value this type of high communication and detail orientation. While I hate to ask people to work during non-business hours, Matt's availability to write a pre-approval letter on the weekend and deal with time-sensitive issues in non-business hours showed that he goes above and beyond for his clients.
