Dealing with Matt and his whole team was a pleasure. Most important thing is to stay on contact via email and/or txt and calls. From start to finish of the loan process, any and all questions were answered and all concerns were handled by Matt to the best he could. I really appreciated his effort and got the feeling that it's not just a check to him and does care about the client. Again, stay on top of checking emails, txts, and returning calls and the process can be quick. First time homebuyer, and from the very start of finding a home, was closed in 23 days from accepted offer. If you put the effort in and do your part, he will do his to speed things up. Would recommend Matt and his team to anyone, first or multiple time homebuyers. Thanks Matt, and thanks for showing up at the closing appointment as well.
