I have been really trying not to leave a review, but since Ican win $100 for being honest and respectful at the same time, why not every complaint I’ve had for my apartment since I moved in November 15 has not been met. I lied they did come and fix the heat or turn the heater on when I first moved. There was a bug issues got that figured out/ handle that ain’t infested so it’s fine when I moved in the fire alarm battery things have not been changed so they still beep to this day cause I’m not changing or paying $25 to change something that should’ve been changed before I moved in to the cabinet under the sink in my bathroom does not have any handles. How am I supposed to open it? The tub the paint peels every time I took a bath paint comes off that needs to be fixed the floors I was told needed to be redone when they came in and looked haven’t been done yet .. They stole from me there’s a window in the kitchen that wobbles or every time it’s windy outside you can hear it through the window needs to be fixed. I have a refrigerator. I’m not able to put groceries in and I’ve been there for two months almost and it does not get cold I have let them know everything that I’m leaving in this review oh mind you December 22. I came home to a folder and it had my move-in checklist baby. I should’ve got that November 15. I don’t know if they are just going to work and just sitting at the desk and talking, but things have not been getting done. I know I have a little porch outside my house. There’s stuff on it is trash. that should’ve been cleaned off before I moved in now this is my honest review I hope you enjoy it

First apartment was infested with roaches. When they tried to fix it, they made it worse. Due to that environmental strife and me starting a new position, I chose to leave that apartment for the mental well-being of myself and my dogs. They graciously offered me to move into a second apartment which I accepted it was a bit more expensive but it didn't have the infestation problem that the previous apartment had and I felt that I couldn't really relax and work on relaxing after struggling through my days. However, they did not give me all the access keys to the apartment. They only gave me one to the main door which is problematic because when I moved I moved my animals up first so that they could relax. However, the other half of the stairwell that I share the street access door with decided to lock the door and now I have no key for that door and my dogs have been stuck in my apartment for now an hour over the time that they were supposed to be there with me having no ability to get to them or get them on walks or help them at all. And they're in a brand new apartment all by themselves because this apartment company could not have the forethought to give me all the keys necessary so that I can properly move into my new apartment on the one day out of seven that I am off for my new job.

We did move in old apartment and we loved old apartment! Then landlord did let us move in bigger house. We loved our new house! We do have nice backyard. We did talk to landlord about gutter need new one. Then in about few week later they did got order for gutter. Now, our house is so beautiful place to live! Our landlord is very wonderful to us! Landlord did good job get everything ready for us to move in etc.

Horrible landlords all they want is money, they take their time fixing things, get upset when informed about their property needing repairs, has an incompetent secretary named Madison that is absolutely clueless to her job, they are unprofessional and money hungry. I moved out of a house that I lived in for over 3 years & kept the place nice & clean inside and out & they moved someone in the same house I moved out of 1 day later, didn’t do any further cleaning or repairs from what I had already done when I moved out & the house was CLEARLY in good shape when I left or they wouldn’t have been able to move a tenant in one day after I moved my things out and they are making up all kinds of ridiculous fees and charges to keep my ENTIRE deposit of $700.. DONT RENT FROM THEM TRUST ME LOOK AROUND FIRST ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY- SLUM LORDS.. mind you they bought the house I was living in from someone else they never switched the water bill so I couldn’t call for special or large trash pick ups so when I moved out I placed everything that I no longer wanted on the curb like your supposed to & I was CHARGED for that as well..then they charged me for having a hole in the wall from a door knob in a bedroom when they walls are paper thin with no door stop behind them. The kitchen is plywood so after 3 years one of the handles came off from repeated usage they charged me for that & to have my trashed picked up.. A COMPLETE RIP OFF SMMFH! SHAME ON MBSR RENTALS

We've been renting with MBSR for over 4 years. When the owner of our old unit switched property management companies, we knew we were sticking with MBSR. We've just moved into our new, bigger house 😃 and are thankful to MBSR for all they've done for our family

We started off a little rocky before I moved in it was just miscommunication nothing more nothing less but after that everything was smooth any time I reach out to them if I have a problem they get on it right away the only person I contact is Madison thru email and she goes over and beyond to make sure your needs are met with no questions asked if need be she will though but I highly recommend no slumlords this way better than my last place more room and private backyard will be with them for awhile if gods willing

I tried applying to an apartment required online owned by this company and saved it for later when I’d get more info to fill in. When I was going to resume my apartment application, it made me sign back in and I used the email and password I remembered by heart and it didn’t work. I tried resetting my password using my email and I did not even get anything from the spam folder. Then I tried another email and it said my current address doesn’t compute while making a new account with the different email. When I called to see what else I could do, the girl on the phone told me there’s nothing I can do and I can just forget about it. Well I’m definitely not applying here after all and especially judging from 1 star reviews I’ve seen on here, the representative I called really does need to go back to school and if she’s still single, I get why and she’s very clueless.
