Been here 5 years and I enjoyed it. Maintains the property, inspections, cleanings, lawn care etc. my building is fairly quiet and they do not hesitate to remove those who keep up disturbances. Bonnie in the leasing office is great! She’s informative and communicative.

Been living here over a year great space, clean and quiet. Bike trail within walking distance. New carpet and appliances when I moved in. Cameras on buildings and safe. Always enough parking. Reasonable pricing for under a thousand with 1300sq ft. 2bd and 2bths. 24hr maintenance, any repairs have been fixed upon request same day. I have no complaints. Not sure of others experiences but moving here is well worth it.

Been here several years now. Love it. Quiet, peaceful, just the occasional blare of a siren. Maintenance is wonderful. Have something wrong? Maintenance will get right on it. Several weeks ago my furnace quit working on a Sunday. COLD. I called for maintenance and the man was there is under an hour. Minor repair, heat back on.

Newer vinyl windows are energy efficient. LARGE balcony is great for late summer nights sitting on the glider. Grounds are clean and inviting. Common areas are also clean. Plenty of hot water, electrical outlets and such.

My friend used to live here. It’s a decent space for a decent price considering you live across from a cemetery. I’m convinced more ppl live in the apartments than they let on...parking is horrendous. You have ppl who pay to park under the little shelter things zooming in and out of spaces. But you also have limited parking with the uncovered spaces too. There’s no identification if it’s a tenant or guest parking. Also at night you’ve got a lot of shady ppl lurking around the buildings.

This place is graveyard, they allow 5 people to live in one bed room apartment, and they don’t care about state policy which say only 2 people in one bed room apt. Plus they welcome
any one to live in regardless who is him/ her. Every day you will smell marijuana which is normal in this place. Even if you complain to H.O or Hammond police you will never ever get any change. They are so greedy to get a penny.

We were looking for a diverse community to live in and we found it at Mclaughlin’s. Our building is quiet and our neighbors are very courteous! The office staff are always willing to help and the maintenance people are fast. Good location too!

Very neat and clean, quiet place to live also. It's by tons of restaurants and other businesses. This is definitely a great place to live.
