They are just not the friendliest of people. Everytime I go there...I'm left feeling as tho they think I'm trying to rob them. We've never even had a late payment. Ever. We started looking for other providers immediately after I left there yesterday. The are just an awful miserable pair. We were stuck with them 5 years ago...but that has changed.

Got a quote over the phone with all correct information for a car insurance policy. They told me the down payments can only be made by money order, which is odd.
Upon arriving with the vehicle and documents to get the policy started, I was declined coverage because their background check showed TWO incidents instead of one on my driving record. I assured them I could pull up documentation online, or reach out to my lawyer for verification. They told me all their companies use this check and there was nothing they could do except offer me a more expensive plan, and that’s IF they decided to accept me. I refused service with them because they were wanting to push me to start this policy under false driving record claims. I have since spoken with my lawyer and other insurance companies and have not encountered the same issues anywhere else. I would not recommend this business to others.

This is one of the most unprofessional establishments I have ever seen. My fiancé walked in after being referred from RedBud, and a woman from the back office started yelling, stating; I don’t know why they keep on sending those people.

How about next time you represent your business with manners and professionalism.

When trying to cancel my policy to switch over, it has taken over 2 months. McGee insurance wouldn’t take my new insurance fax’s that they sent saying I wanted to cancel nor get them proof I had insurance through them. They use a company called Light house casualty Which is even a bigger joke. I’m still waiting on my refund check where they continued to take money out of my account.
I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone, so if your thinking about this rethink it because if you ever plan on going to another company they will drag it on.
