This place is a train wreck. Be prepared to basically beg Mark and his team to turn in the information to get you insured, or to even get a question answered. I totaled a car and I have purchased 2 cars since (separately). 3 years after my car was totaled and he still has me insured under the totaled car. This company was the one I was insured under when I totaled the car. I have the emails sent between him and I from when I purchased each car and switched insurance. For 3 years I paid well over what I should have been paying for car insurance that I did not even have, and Marks response was “we actually have insurance Incase we make a mistake like this, and that insurance is more expensive than what you pay”. Oh, and that he would look through every email to see how this mistake happened and let me know because “if it was him he would own up to it.” He did not let me know. They raised my bill by almost $130 per month when I turned 25. They wanted me to pay almost $400 a month for car insurance. We only figured out that he never insured me when I called to see why my bill went up so much, as well as to see why Mark waited 6 months to insure my newest car as he never updated the insurance card. I was then told that the last car he had for me was a totaled one. Again, I have bought 2 cars since the one I totaled, 3 years ago. They also would not give me an explanation for the increase. The communication has been completed one sided, while they will occasionally answer the phone or respond to an email, it’s never with the answer to the question you have. Canceling and getting the standard refunds has been the exact same experience. Go to State Farm, or anywhere else.

Update: 2 years later and they never did have an explanation to the increase or to why after 3 years and 2 brand new cars they still kept me insured under a totaled vehicle. I’ve been with State Farm for the last 2 years and my bill for only car insurance is still $300 less than it was when I left the McCammon Agency. Save your money and stress with a real agency and an actual agent.
