Allison had to be the least friendly realtor I have ever worked with from the lender's perspective. I had a death in the family, which was communicated clearly to her, and there was no empathy for the delays it caused. My realtor in Casper is the reason she got this client, and she still did everything she could to get them to use a different lender. So there was the unethical business practice of steering along with zero empathy. Sales is the first priority with her.

Buyer beware. This firm takes lipstick on a pig to new levels. What was listed as a 3 bedroom 2 bath is actually a two bedroom 1 3/4 bath. The new flooring was just laminate slapped on the floor and left unfinished. They use a wide angle lens to distort the truth and hide the facts. Don't trust what you read about anything they offer for sale.

Update! After a medical emergency resulting in lifeflight, we come home to the fantastic sight of our keys having been removed from the sellers lockbox and placed on the ledge beside the door. Clearly labeled for any unsavory character to use for entry! Perhaps the more logical choice would have been to hide the keys and leave a message.....but that would also require an ounce of integrity.
