I stopped at this bank and it is not the first time that they do not want to help me in changing my checks.The first time they asked me for an ID that because the person who answered me was not in the system was looking for some pretest not to change my check, today Something different happens day, the person who attended me today told me that she could not change my check because the system did not allow it to her. I don't know if it's the way I dress or the color of my skin, I don't know.
I recommend the bank of Gilroy California, they have better service and better friendliness. stop going to the Hollister California Mechanics Bank.
