OP received excellent customer service from Mercedes on the phone. I thought I had found a really great pharmacy. After 2 months of getting my prescriptions there all of a sudden they can’t fill them because I don’t get any other medications. I literally had an additional medication prescribed and you want me to get prescribed more in order to be filled?! Make it make sense.

The staff is very friendly & they have great service. Pearl has always been very courteous & kind to me. She is willing to help & always great you with a nice smile. Absolutely love this pharmacy! After SaveMart closed we went to Walhreens and they were horrible so we changed to MedEx and they are amazing...so friendly, punctual, refill without even telling them, and delivered without telling them which I find as the BEST customer service! Very pleased! Thank you for being caring and compassionate to us folks who need medication!

The absolute best service anyone could ask for.Employees are courteous & always have smiles. The pharmacist will take time to talk to you even though they’re busy, they don’t make it seem like they’re too busy for you.
