I recently took down my review but, God said let the truth be shown. Myself and spouse lived at 2601 W 61st Place, Apt 4 Merrillville, Indiana. I was there way before MGM it was the original owner whom owned the property then, I have the original application anyway. We left in January 2018 was homeless after that. Melissa King was the property manager and Bonnie White was manager before then. Bonnie was the best. Moving forward we decided to move in Dec 2017 but Melissa King stated u cant stay if you don't pay. We decided to leave got a receipt for key return now, we did not get a letter to go court but received a bill for $1064.00 not cleaning up and leaving mattress in balcony. This company put National Credit Systems crediotrs on us saying we renewed our lease and moved out in 2020 or 2022. How's that possible when we were in hotel to hotel Then put false information on our credit of $6064 something of this nature then, I filed chapter 7 the creditors took it off and then put it bck on one of my credit reports but MGM Property has it on my spouses report also who does this Our society today is truly sad people are struggling even the state of Indiana should be ashamed of letting landlord's get away from not keeping properties up to part, but again they want the money. I have tried to be civil and pleasant trying to get things straighten out but people still want to be dishonest. Until you do right nothing good will happen. God sees all. Im not perfect but, I would never do this to anyone.. Truly disappointed

I live in White Oaks Apartments in Bossier City, Louisiana. There has been a water leak in front of my apartment going on second week. The tenants to back have sewer back up going on 2 weeks. I have called office no answer left message no call back. No one has been in office for a week. One tenant just told me the lady parked her car in back of office and office is locked. What do we do here

I live in Cedarwood apartments in Merrillville. Property management here sucks. They never answer their phones or even tend to service requests in a timely manner. Ive been dealing with a flooding problem since I moved in. Every time it rains my carpet gets soaked. All they do is have some company come spray something on the carpet. They actually fix the problem. Even things as simple as having lights in the hallways at night seems like a struggle to get. Which is crazy because they surely want the money on the 1st but can’t fix anything. First chance I get, I will be moving.

This company is a joke.. DO NOT move in any apartment they offer. I had flooding in my apartment the whole time and the property manager Jessica in Merrillville never answered the phone or contacted me about the problem. Also had a leak in my ceiling and no one ever came to fix the hole.. They don’t care about the problems that you have within the apartment they just want there money. Another thing it was funny how Jessica could text me about me moving but could never answer when I had flooding.. I will be suing them.

Zero stars. Bug infested apartment. Too cheap to use an exterminator, spray some generic liquid every other week. Water system slow. Toilet was off balance. Outdated appliances and look of the apartment. Trying to get ahold of anyone is nonexistent, including the regional manager. The manager will put a notice saying I owe, or threat of an eviction but when I go into the office they say disregard. They were quick to take my security deposit but once I moved out they gave me a check 2months later that was a quarter of my original security deposit. I called the office to get a break down because I know for a fact I didn’t do $400 in damages when the apt was old, and had bugs to begin with. The front desk lady said she didn’t see any break down of where my money went just the money taken out. I already contacted the CEO of this company and if I don’t get a response I’ll be going to the next hire up. Management changed 2x since I’ve been living there.

I absolutely love this property management especially because of Ms Nikki pratt , she is the absolute best property manager anyone could ask for. such a sweet soul , very understanding and very patient. there is no concern that she will not address or make sure is resolved. also Ms tiffany , the two together make a powerful team. i highly recommend these beautiful women and this property manager.

Since we've been here my fiance's car has been broken into. Our apartment ceiling has a huge water bubble that busted twice, the maintenance man patch it up with a long board and it leaked again. Nothing was done. There is something going on with the pipes somewhere in my building because we have had an infestation of knats. We've seen roaches since the neighbors moved and they've only exterminated once. Thank God I keep all my rent receipts because they will try to tell you you are short or late on your rent, and when you talk to them about it they tell you you could basically break your lease and move (which you would still have to pay for the next month) or you can stay and deal with it. Oh yeah. They control your heat which gets extremely hot and the air conditioner doesn't blow out cold enough.

Really gave 0 stars the regional manager is trash. The property managers trash. Nothing gets fixed in your units! outside of the apartment complexes full of trash everywhere! Maintenance man a drunk always got a cigarette in his mouth. The company is just so unprofessional. Well trained liars and manipulators. Better off living in a shelter. Remodel the leasing office but the apartments are trash and outdated. I recommend no one ever moving here you will not be happy.definitely will be reporting you all to better business bureau
