There was a complete lack of timely communication or mutual respect or consideration throughout our experience.

Normally when a lease expires if a new one is not offered you go to a month to month arrangement. We had a lease expire and paid the next month and they accepted the payment so we understood that was the new arrangement and that was fine. We were only planning to stay another five months in this location anyway. Then shockingly, we had a knock at our door and were told we had two days to vacate. They said they had sent a non-renewal notice at the beginning of the month but I diligently check my email and mail and had not received anything. When we asked them to produce a verification of the notice sent, because legally the burden of proof is on them, they ignored us. They gave us no consideration in any way for at least a 30 days notice even when we asked for it.

We were ideal tenants - paying on time, responding to any communication, clean and respectful. It was pretty shocking how we were treated. We contacted a lawyer and the law was on our side, but we decided it wasn't worth the time and energy. However, I would not rent a place managed by this company again nor recommend them.

This was a stressful move for me relocating and all but Janette made it so much more relieving from beginning to end. She was very communicative she kept me up to date throughout the entire process. She’s simply amazing. I’m thankful she help me put my baby girl in her first house.

The staff here are really great. Very attentive and courteous. They were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Directed me who i need to speak with on rentals I was interested in. I would highly recommend MGR. thank you guys.

Do not waste your time with this place you will not get answered literally they will offer a tour and than vanish there’s no way that there so busy to where they can’t answer the phone from supervisors, assistant managers, to residential property managers NO ONE ANSWERS SAVE YOUR TIME, AND MONEY!!!

They never answer the phone I have been trying to schedule a tour for a home left messages and emails and no one has reached back I don’t see who would let them manage there home.
