I've been with American Family for about 20 years now and I can say with little or no reservations that the Mike Dalton agency is simply the best of the best. Mike's office manager, Maleah Carpenter is hands down, the most professional and highly competent office staffers you will ever come across.

If given the option of selecting 10 stars, I would not hesitate to do so. Mike's agency is that good!

We've been with the Michael Dalton Agency of American Family Insurance for a little over six years, with home and auto coverage. I have had very little (if any) interaction with Michael himself. However, when I call the office, Maleah Carpenter (office manager) answers the phone, and she is AWESOME! She is extremely knowledgable and is almost always able to answer my questions on the spot. If she needs to look into something, she will get back to me quickly. Unfortunately, we've had to submit two claims recently due to storm damage. She has a way of explaining complicated processes so I can easily understand the steps involved. She is patient when I call back multiple times, and never makes me feel like I am bothering her. In fact, she always seems to know me, personally. I don't know if that's just because no one else ever calls her, and I'm the only one she ever talks to, or if she just has a great memory for names and voices, but whatever the reason, I appreciate having her on the other end of the line. If you are looking for an insurance agency that makes you feel valued and appreciated, consider Michael Dalton and specifically working with Maleah Carpenter.

What a fantastic group! I just want to say thank you to Maleah Carpenter for all that she does for me and my family. She is so professional and courteous and is so pleasant to work with. I do not think that most insurnace agents and managers get the recognition they deserve, but she does! So thank you again for all you do! Your work does not go unnoticed!
