I have been a State Farm customer for over 14 years and my Agent Michael Gay and his office staff have handled all my insurance needs exceptionally as well as assists other members of my family. They go over and beyond the call of duty to assists you in a timely manner and they always take their time to explain each situation to ensure their customers fully understand. They treat you like family and demonstrates a supportive and caring environment. They truly care and listens to their customers. They also showed me ways to save money. The entire team at Michael Gay's agency have always been very quick to assist with any policy changes. We switched from Allstate back to State Farm. Our Allstate agent was consistently looking for a way to add to the policy and premiums. I contacted Michael, explained my issues with Allstate, and that was all that was required.
