Very unprofessional. Had to pay a huge overcharge fee because they didn't cancel my policy when I told them too. Michael was very rude and I do not recommend going with him. I switched to a different insurance agency and saved hundreds

When I tried to get a new policy they gave me a quote for $304 a month. I ended up going with State Farm for $111 a month and better coverage. Shop around! And if they offer you a policy with American Freedom Insurance Company be very careful to read your contract and make sure you will be covered in the case that you need it. Even if they do cover you. It will be a nightmare dealing with them. I would stay away from American Freedom Insurance Company altogether.

Down to earth people who are basically always trying to get you the best deal possible, while still offering outstanding customer service & great coverage. Also the bilingual staff there is prepared for all Spanish speaking customers who may be interested.

Went to a better insurance agency that charged us less... go out and get estimates from other insurance agencies, that was our mistake. We thought this insurance would be cheaper than any other... we were wrong, another agency went over $500 less every 6 months compared to this agency...

I am completely satisfied so far with the actual car insurance I get through Michaels but I'm very irritated with them not opening and closing the hours the have posted!!! I've went to pay my insurance every day since it was due on the 4th of Feb and today is the 13th and I've yet to be able to catch them open to go in and pay I've came Mon-fri last week and the Fri before at 9 am and waited 20 min every time even tried calling to see if they was gonna answer the phone and nothing I've also tried to come in the evening the few times I had the extra time to and they had closed over an hour early its very irritating cause my insenance has prob completely ran out now or its going to tonight at midnight and I can't go in to pay it 🙁 other than that the service when I do happen to catch them at the right time is pretty good!!
