There are many factors that illustrate that Michelle is literally the best loan officer in the industry. She is honest, hardworking and trustworthy. We felt so safe and had such a good experience the first time we met her when she helped secure a different loan that we decided to ask for her help and expertise a second time. She is extremely competent and professional yet somehow she also made us feel like we mattered, just like family! It was a huge relief to have her help again as the bank we had for nearly 25 years just could not move as agilely with changing interest rates. They also were located in the lower 48 so it was nice to have someone from our area who knew the specifics of the market here. Also, it was nice interfacing with her in person too. All around we are grateful and we know we will ask for her help again in the future too!
