I can’t ever remember having an easier time working on a loan than what my wife and I found when we sought a home loan with Mid Valley Financial.

Jordan Ribera went above and beyond to help us with what we needed. He stayed on top of what we needed to provide them and always returned our calls with every detail we needed to secure our loan.

Not once did he ever come across as if it was a problem or imposition. The other staff we worked with were also a great combination of professionalism and kindness. We always felt like our needs were important to them and that their main goal was to help us succeed in our goals.

Elizabeth made things happen! Her professionalism and high degree of motivation to complete my construction loan to a permanent loan far exceeded my expectations. She is very insightful and always had time to answer any of my questions. She made the whole process easy to understand, and walked me through every step. Elizabeth always kept me in the loop. I called different places and I was rejected because the person who answered the call didn't have the knowledge of my type of loan, they responded with we don't do that type a loan,I called Mid Valley and while the person who answered the call didn't have the knowledge or experience she transferred my call right away to someone who had the knowledge and experience. I would have to give 5 stars to the person who answered the call and Dave! Over all Great experience and very knowledgeable team!
