These people can surely make banking very difficult. They wanted me to fly to Tempe from the east coast just to withdraw a couple of hundred bucks so the balance is zero before I close the account. They blocked my debit card and also my active mobile banking account and say there’s no other option but to visit the bank in person. And the banker I spoke to was very rude while I was being so polite.

My husband and I have been at MidFirst Bank since 2011
We have our personal account savings accounts into business accounts with them.
They never fall short of providing great customer service. They are attentive friendly and super helpful.
The stores are very clean and beautiful they're always extremely professional no matter which meant Midfirst bank I go to in the valley. We left the other big box banks because they're overly crowded overly busy and put you through too many hoops to get your banking needs taken care of.
Surely one of a kind old-fashioned personal and personable service.

Great customer service. Marcus is my go to guy at this bank, he is very polite and humble and help in all the way possible. I went late hours and he was not there, I was not sure if other banker will be able to provide same kind of service or not but to my surprise the other banker who was lady, she was also very helpful. Best Bank in terms of customer service, no other big banks offers such kind of service. Thanks for providing wonderful service to your customer.
