Love going to this bank, great customer service every time, they take their time really going out and beyond for their customers, any issues I may have had with my account they were quick to fix and figure out what was needed.

Horrible. Was in drive thru before 6pm it was 5:58 and they see me pull up looked at me and pulled the 2nd curtain down.. but the open sign in drive thru was still on.. Amber came out said we are closed after she seen me pull up. I told her I was waiting and she proceeded to tell me by he clock it was 6.. and I was in the wrong lane. I explained I just needed to deposit money to my account. She then stated use the night deposit box and we will get to it on Monday. She is a nasty customer service person. Will be closing my account there. Will not be spoke to so rudely by someone like her. I give “0” stars but it made me put something they don’t even deserve 1 star. Especially with her as an employee and her nastiness.

Decatur MWAFCU has the BEST employees. we've been there for years and they never fail to impress. The staff consistently provides excellent service in a kind, courteous, and professional manner. In a couple instances, I have made a request that was not in their "normal services" provided category. The staff helped out with a smile. They make their customers feel valued and important. Really appreciate this team!!!

Credit union sucks . money is always missing from my account. Always being charged hidden fees and was lied to when open my account about benefits. Look elsewhere to bank.
