Our property needed a major work after our non-paying tenant moved out and littered the place. Joel Loya has led an commendable job to cleanup and refresh the unit. He provided a list of things to do and listened to our needs. He worked efficiently and chose ideal material to accommodate our budget. The entire job was completed in a couple of weeks. The result was excellent. Our case manager Sondra Hollis was also helpful in coordinating the effort and making the unit market worthy.
