Phenomenal service from Josh! Polite, professional, knowledgeable, and you can tell he works for you and finds you the best deal. Saved me over $40 a month! Best online experience ever! I needed a SR22 and not sure how to go about it or where to start. I google SR22, MIS Insurance was the first site I saw. I inquired, gave my contact info. A couple minutes later a call back from Jesse. Quickly and efficiently did he help me and answers all my questions. Excellent customer service. Best decision I made for my situation. Great customer service. I received a quote about a month ago as i was shopping around and Jesse was the representative that helped me. With no pressure to make a sale but at my own comfort which i liked. I circled back around to MIS and he was able to honor me a quote that was given prior. Awesome insurance, amazing experience over the phone. The insurance is cheap and has helped me get back on the road. Ive been with them for 8 long years. It was great in the beginning but that rate went from being the least expensive to paying more than double. I spoke over the phone to Maria and ask her NOT to charge my account a week before the policy renewal
( according to Kemper, directly, that is exactly what I was supposed to do. ) not only did i find another service $75.00 less expansive monthly, but MIS allowed the transaction to go through with the renewal charge.! After they dropped the ball, I got the run a round and a number to call. MIS will call you directly for payment but when it’s comes to a refund, you get treated like you have leprosy.
