I was very surprised at this little tiny Bank on Northern & Stockton Hill Rd. When I went in I was greeted and I told them that I wanted to open up in a bank account. So Ashley went into her office and we opened up an account. She was friendly, confident, and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Mission Bank on the N.end of town. Though they are small they still have all the bells and whistles as any other bank. And I even received a thermal cup with a straw two different lids one for cold drinks one for hot they were very nice I'm glad I went there you will be too.

Day 1 of trying to open an account. Went to the bank at 3:40. Was told to come back at 3:30 a different day because she said she doesn't have time. Even if supposedly your bank closes at 4pm according to you but online says 5pm, it doesn't take 20 minutes to open an account! And even if it did, you get paid either way so who cares! And you want me to come back a different day because I'm 10 minutes past your wanting to leave time? Why not do your job and stay until 5pm like your office hours say or change your hours. Will not be back, especially with the reviews holding about your teller who everyone in mohave valley seems to have an issue with. No thank you.

Ok so this is why I'm giving only 2 stars, yes the leafy that help me get my account set up was very nice, but the are holding my funds for 12 days, and mind you I deposited a GOVERNMENT check. So no I still have No money and broke because they chose me to put a hold on. And my 21 yr old son went and opened an account and he had his money the very nexts day.. So far I am not impressed with this bank, if things change for the better then I will change my review.

Kay Row was extremely rude to me over the phone with some banking questions I had.
When I went to complain to someone higher then her, they were at lunch at the time and told me they would get back to me as soon as possible. If you could imagine they must have not cared at all. Never received a call, once I was finally able to get connected the next day after calling again, the person I spoke with let me know kay row had worked there for 20 yrs, as if that makes her actions for being rude toward me justifiable. Horrible HORRIBLE customer service throughout the whole branch. I'll be closing my account with them soon and hoping to find better bankers out there, word around town is wells fargo is a pretty great bank here in town!?

Tellers are always friendly and helpful. Nice to be treated like I matter. No weekend hours is kind of a bummer, but they make up for it in service. Thanks ladies!
