Like all other banks that profess customer service and intimacy, Mission Valley could care less. It's about transactions and what you can do for me yesterday.

Do not buy anything they are selling. Go to your local Credit Union that actually appreciates you as a person or business, not as a transaction.

The worst bank ever n this is not even my bank I just came here to get a cash withdrawal it was an emergency so I thought I'll just do a quick withdrawal and the teller made a mistake and I ended up with no money in my account and it took them a whole month to get the money back to my account it was a nightmare very UNPROFESSIONAL the WORST bank EVER...... I just gave them 1 star because I wanted to do the review otherwise I wouldn't!! This bank don't know nothing about customer service at all!! Not what I respect from a bank !!

no longer with this bank. But when people say there is no customer service at all. I have to wonder if she went into that branch. Everyone at the Sun Valley branch was helpful friendly, and would always go the extra mile to make the experience worth while.
