Live at 2856 N Clark St in Chicago renting with them - DO NOT RENT WITH THEM. They are the absolute worst, don’t complete any maintenance requests, don’t do routine things they’re supposed to do, don’t answer emails. I’ve had an issue for the past year where my packages have been getting stolen in my building from another resident and they haven’t even responded to try and help.

The absolute WORST management company!! They do not know anything that happens in the complex because no one ever tells them, they only sprayed for pest 1 time since living here and i have had multiple run ins with roaches. The elevator is always broken, people give away their codes so random people who don't live here are always getting in. Ariel does a good job of getting people in but they do not live up to their promises! I move out in 4 days and couldn't be happier! Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!!

Buildings are NOT well kept. 7522 N Greenview has issues with :
Mice
Cockroaches
Elevator that never works
Water turning brown multiple times each year
**been there for 2+ years and gladly leaving. Stay away from this building because you will have issues.

Overall pretty good - they've made some improvements over the last year including this new office & new personnel. Cole was always extremely helpful and always easy to reach when we had problems with our rental property. I'd recommend this place

350 grove st wood dale is infested with cockroaches and beg bugs complained for months about yet nothing has been done would not move here
