i loved this office before the new owner took over. Communication is not good. Ray is the only one that has ever been able to help me and he is really good!. he deserves 5 stars but this office doesnt.

Monica Lahey-Leeds leads an amazing Allstate team, reflecting the great personnel as always with Allstate. I have been with Allstate for over 40 years and I wouldn’t dream of switching, ever, and with a good driving record my premiums are kept low while i get great coverage. Allstate has been around a long time and I trust it because of its convenience and coverage, it has never let me down and always goes beyond what I expect. You talk to real people when you need help, not some robot. Allstate is the best. Over 40 years with them and counting and thank you Monica for carrying on the reliable service I’ve always expected from Allstate.

Monica Lahey-Leeds does not even deserve one star- I could NEVER recommend her - she does not return calls, her office will not. My parents were with Allstate starting with her Father - he was awesome, my brother and I went with him as well close to 50 years giving them the business rarely needed assistance but after my mom passed her home was vandalized and they refused our claim- Monica was called several times and NEVER helped us! If you want reliable services DON’T sign up with her and Allstate for anything- so disgusted, all those years they collected and ZERO help when we needed it- you’re not in good hands with her!

I felt very welcomed by Monica and her team, they really listened to my needs and wants. Each one of them truly took the time to help me and my mom out with any questions or concerns we both had, they explained everything thoroughly to us and most of all they were very genuine with us. I’m so happy with Monica and her team; and Allstate in general i definitely had a great experience at their office I highly recommend them.

I only give 5 stars when a company goes above and beyond on customer services. Allstate, especially this office has done so every since I left Farmers. With Farmers I had an excellent driving record with them for years but every 6 months my insurance would raise. I finally had enough and changed providers a couple of years ago. My premium has gone down every renewal. When I bought a brand new truck I was so scared of what they would charge. I called Mary at this office she ran the new truck information and my premium actually went down. Very very happy with this local agent and Allstate

The Leeds staff is so helpful and prompt in serving your insurance needs, especially Mary Jane Gleason. Mary has been my primary point of contact and she is terrific. Not only does she answer any questions that I have, but she follows up in a very timely manner.
I would recommend the Leeds office to anyone who has insurance questions or needs.
