We worked with Morgan and her team on our first home purchase back in 2016. We were first time home buyers with no experience in the process, as well as a very restrictive budget. Morgan walked us through the process step by step, often answering multiple questions daily. She brought us house shopping, and when we found a house - a literal “diamond in the rough” - that not only met our financial needs, but also some other requirements like location and size/house layout, Morgan walked us through how to see that house through the lens of a realtor and see the house for it’s worth if we were willing to put in the work. She directed our eyes towards all the potentials and how if we completed some updates/renovations, we could turn and sell the house when the time was right. We purchased that first house, loved it, cleaned and updated the home, and just a few years later in 2019 we began contemplating selling the home. Finances were right, our family grew, and again Morgan was at the table ready to walk us through not only a house selling, but also a bigger home purchase. We discussed home selling and buying trends and had discussed the housing/lending landscape before (both as a home seller and buyer), and determined now was a good time to move. We again had a list of requirements - budget, location (which was much more restrictive), size, and the like. Morgan was able to list our home and sell it at the price we decided was best, and she again brought us house shopping and walked us through what we could see and do with each home to meet all of our requirements. We landed on a great home in a very desirable location, again, with some love in updates that would make this a perfect match for our family needs. The house was selling at a very competitive price for the neighborhood and house buying environment. Morgan advised us on writing the sellers a personal note so we could stand as a competitor at the asking price, and to avoid a biding war. It worked! We bought our house in sync with selling our first house and moved in with no problems. Every aspect of these transactions were thought through and handled with care and professionalism. I still text Morgan to ask her professional advice regarding our home. She’s the best. And I would highly recommend her to anyone in the housing market.
