So much for being a customer, and especially VETERAN, based company. They now do not care. They've sold out to hire the same absolutely worthless customer service subcontractors as everybody else. Why should they care, they've made their money. This Indian subcontractor has access to ALL of your personal information and their reps can barely speak the English language. And it's SO ODD that American private and supposedly secure financial information keeps getting stolen every week. But again, why should the creators of Freedom Mortgage care? They're rich now and we are simply the bottom-feeders they walked on to get rich.

NEGATIVE 5 STARS...THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! We had two no-shows for closing and Freedom Mortgage never accepted any responsibility for their subcontracted company. In all the calls I made to straighten out their mess, I spent at least 4 hours waiting to speak with a representative. Several times as the wait approached an hour, I just hung up. Once I did got through, I got passed back and forth between departments because they all said they couldn't help me. I asked over and over to speak with a supervisor and you'd think after two no-shows, that would be a given, but not so. Zero compassion, zero initiative, pathetic, unprofessional clown show!
