Worst place for TSA appointments!

Husband went in October for our December trip. They took the prints and picture and charged $85. In the confirmation email, it stated it might take up to 60 days. When December came, my husband finally called TSA to check on the status and was then told none of the information went through other than the payment. They rescheduled my husband for another appointment at the same damn location and told us that my husband didn’t have to pay again.

Today my husband went for the appointment, same thing, prints and picture. Then the center tried to charge my husband $7. My husband tried to pay but payment wouldn’t go through. So finally my husband had enough and left.

After calling TSA customer support, they said their price was lowered between October and December. So the $7 wasn’t a charge to my husband, it was actually a refund owed to my husband. However, the system once again did not submit any prints or photos of my husband. Another trip wasted. And my husband will not have TSA precheck ready for the trip.

I had my TSA appointment done at the Rancho Cucamonga location. I got my KTN within two days. My husband went to upland location twice, and twice nothing was accomplished, not to the fault of my husband.

If you are looking for a place for TSA pre Check appointment, DO NOT pick Upland. My husband will never choose this location again. They are quick to process payments and get zero results.

My wife needed biometrics for TSA PreChek. I needed a fingerprint card for a federal license renewal. We showed up without appointment on a Friday. Very busy upon arrival. Karen and Chris gave us an honest prediction of our wait time (about an hour). They did a amazing job of accommodating many people in the shortest possible time. Their courtesy, professionalism and efficiency was truly outstanding.

Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance for TSA Pre Check and as I’m pulling up someone is posting a notice on the door that says I’d need to call the company and reschedule. If you can’t keep your appointments… you don’t deserve to be in business. Making it worse, an email came through on my phone 10 min later saying they cancelled the appointment.

Unbelievably awesome. We went in for TSA Pre Check with walk-ins. Our flight days got moved up so we couldn't wait for our appointments. We were able to get processed right away between two appointments, one leaving, one not having arrived yet. This place has many services offered including notary. We'll be back!

Been trying to help a family member with immigration paperwork and the whole entire process, which is frustrating enough. I was able to do a lot of the initial paperwork on my own. When I reached out to this company I initially thought they were great. It’s been over four months since my last in person meeting and I’ve only wanted an update to see where things are. I was also aware that this business also does tax work, so I took this into consideration and assumed that once things slowed down I would get an update. I’ve called this location and have been placed on hold for extremely long periods of times and left alone. I’ve spoken to staff and have left messages, which are either not being passed along or are being willfully ignored? Then today I was told that they remember me and their manager is aware of my complaints, but still no one has even attempted to call or explain anything to me. I feel as if there is no accountability at this establishment, employees have free reign to conduct business as they chose with no fear of reprisals. It’s a shame that one employees unwillingness to do the right thing will cast doubt on all the work the entire staff does, but at this point I can only assume it’s a systemic issue and not an individual problem.

Tried to get my fingerprints taken for work, but they turned me away on THREE separate occasions with a different weak excuse each time. Experiencing this plus seeing 10 unhappy faces crammed in the waiting room, I can't imagine how difficult it would be to get your taxes done here. Avoid at all costs.

Awesome customer service. Very knowledgable and professional. Go in for insurance and you can renew you registration, get your taxes filed, get fingerprinted, documents translated and notarized, renew your green card, passport photo... a real one stop multi-service agency. They have been around for years with no advertising except word of mouth and customer recommendations. That should tell you how good they are.

Brought documents for TSA pre-check. Was told one of my certified copies was not actually legitimate. It was exactly the document I was sent from the county, but I had to go all the way home again to get some thing alternative because the staff member didn’t know what a County certified copy looks like.
