I lease a building for my business from Mountain Property Management and I am super happy with their service. Since July 2024 expert property management specialist, Susan took the helm. Since then things are taken care of asap! Often times Susan will observe property discrepancies before they turn into a big expensive problem as she is hands on at all times. If a repair request is mentioned, you can trust that she will reply and follow through quickly, plus doing the due diligence to find the best skilled contractor for your budget. I had a similar experience as another comment with Brent. I was able to tour two separate properties and expressed interest in both and applied after viewing for my wife & I (two separate applications and two separate fees for both properties). Keep in mind Brent works out of their office across from the 7-Eleven, not the big office. I would call him on different days and he claimed he had not looked yet and he would call me after he did, claiming he was very busy. One of the two properties had an out-of-country landlord in Asia who was very difficult to reach according to Brent (scam likely). Be very careful when dealing with this company.

Unfortunately it looks like this place has monopolized the rental market on the mountains. I've applied for a home, paid their fees and have left multiple messages for these people. I spoke with a woman once who promised to have another guy Brent call me which never happened. Brent doesn't return my calls either. Even if I did qualify you people need to call and communicate with me and the two other co applicants who applied and paid.

If you're a home owner wondering why your home isn't renting I gotta a good idea why.

Luckily I'm not tenting with these people because I can't imagine what would happen if I needed something from them.
