My Fiancé and I recently rented a home from Moxie and they have truly been amazing to work with. Calli and Bryan both have amazing communication and customer service skills and have gone above and beyond to make our experience so far amazing and easy. Worst experience I ever had with a realtor so many fees and unfair to tenants I would run away if you are looking to rent with them or use then to rent your home. 10 out of 10 do not recommend

I hired this company to manage a rental house. They neglected to provide IRS documents for tax return, they did not submit sales tax collected, they overcharged the monthly fee that was in the contract, they were very difficult to work with and required micromanaging to get anything done.
