This was my second time having firewood delivered, but the first time from Mr. Mulch. My first order was through the Firewood Guys, and I really had to harass them to get my delivery. There is an automatic 30 delay between your order and the delivery and even after that, I still had to press them for the delivery.
Mr. Mulch on the other hand was ready to deliver within a few days of my order and sent me multiple updates to keep me informed.
They dumped the firewood in my driveway, but I thought it didn't look like a full cord. I probably should have asked the delivery driver about it. In any case, I stacked the load and found it was only 1/2 cord. I took pictures and contacted them. They reviewed my order and within a day admitted there had been an error and scheduled the other 1/2 cord for the next day.
Although there was an error, the experience was better and significantly faster than the firewood guys.

I placed an order for topsoil and zoo poo on Saturday. Mr Mulch delivered the three loads the same day and exactly where I wanted the loads dropped in my yard making shorter work of my project. Tom, the driver, was a nice guy and good driver. Way to go Mr Mulch!!! The soil and zoo poo were excellent and exactly what I needed. High quality soil and delivery. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I called and talked to Lisa who helped me calculate exactly how much gravel I needed for my driveway. The delivery fee was reasonable and the truck driver worked magic around all our power lines. Great experience overall!

I’m just adding to the 5 stars, but I cannot thank them enough. Beth was AMAZING! came thru on a string of rainy days and delivered a pallet of sod in under 24 hours! Had a terrible experience with the “local leader”… bad customer service, I could go on and on… but this is about the STELLAR service of Beth and the delivery team. Thank you SO MUCH!!!

This is our fifth year with Mr. Mulch for firewood. Consistently they have given us great hardwood firewood, and our family gathers at our fireplace often. We can count on them to provide good, aged wood every time. For the first time, this year, we had them also stack the wood for us. The delivery man was super and did an excellent job even though the outside temperature was 90 degrees! We'll be back!
