I agree with all of these posts. They don't deserve ANY stars. Worst management we have ever had in the 7 years that I have lived in the Virginia Highland Apts. If that is even what the name is anymore. For some reason they decided to call it Grace Apartment Homes. The phone lines don't work, or go to a voicemail with no outgoing message, maintenance hardly ever fixes anything and if they do- it takes months, there is always a sign on the door that they are "out to lunch" or "gone for the day." I seriously don't know what they do all day long aside from talk to each other. It's a disgrace and I regret signing a new lease. Don't move here!

Slum lords they don’t want to give you your deposit back I moved out 5 months AGO and still haven’t received my money back after talking to Atleast four new managers on the property in the past 6 months ! I left the apartment in great condition Andre Porsche the manager claims he wasn’t even informed I moved out!! He supposedly made some calls to get me MY CHECK AND IM STILL WAITING! They now up and sell the property to a new company…… Now I have to trace and track down PERSONS RESPONSIBLE….Property has no emergency call number things falling apart the apartment has become a dumbing ground for trash and trashy people and it’s sad! There are good hardworking people that unfortunately had to deal with these conditions but it’s ok NOTHING stays in the dark!

If I could give a zero star I would. I have lived in this property for over 10 years. We have been sold and bought several times. In all my years here I have NEVER seen this property like this !
People without AC for months in the sweltering heat. The grounds are not being maintained and the property is overgrown with weeds . BOTH pools on the property are covered in greenish yellow algae discolored water and full of leaves. They are BOTH closed. There is no pool for residents to enjoy even though a beautiful picture of the main pool and leasing office are displayed on the marketing website for Grace Roswell apartments. FALSE advertising ! YOU CANNOT REACH LEASING OFFICE OR MAINTENANCE IN AN EMERGENCY !!! NO 24 hr emergency maintinence !
Local news crews have been out here twice in the past months as well as Roswell Housing Authority.
MSCInvestment LLC , for lack of a better term, are slumlords. Targeting lower income demographic properties , leaving good human beings living in unimaginable conditions. MSC banks on the hopes these people do not have the resources or appropriate connections to defend their civil liberties to live in a safe and well maintained community. It is discrimination . In the state of Georgia it is a landlord’s legal duty to maintain the property and apartment homes he rents to tenants . Evasive language used in a lease does not absolve a landlord from his legal responsibilities to his tenants. Regardless if Grace Roswell apartments are merely a real estate holding for MSC, they take rent from tenants and are bound by the Fair Housing Act and Renters Rights in the state of Georgia to maintain safe and habitable apartment homes for tenants.
