We booked a longer-stay rental house/"office" through MTM Premier Property Rental and had one of the best experiences we've ever had! From the beginning, the communication was smooth and response time was excellent. The price was very fair! There was a lot of thought put into the items that were stocked in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry area! THE BED WAS SO COMFORTABLE!!!!!!! The house was well kept and clean. There was a nice size table to do my work on, the wifi signal in the house was awesome.... because Verizon definitely was not! I forgot to mention that we also had a beautiful view of Lake Michigan and Chicago!

I would definitely choose to rent with MTM again!

Beware scan artist! Very untrustworthy. Lure you in with a price. After you book it , then a week later tell you oops we forgot the $185 cleaning fee. On my just forgot. Right? Stay away from this group!
The owner reply is a lie! She canceled because she couldn't bully me Into her scam of charging cleaning fees after a week of being booked. People be very aware of this group! I'm sure it's not there 1st time doing it.

From the first time we spoke, and despite the fact that we were each in different country, Robin found the way to be with us even in the distance. And when we finally meet, she made us feel greeted (as foreigners that was very valuable for us). Robin met all our real estate needs helping us to find the perfect house. She was with us troughtout the entire process and even after the closing, her help and advices was very helpful.
We give Robin our deepest thanks and highest recommendation.
