I am a licensed Realtor (DRE02203490) in both the State of California and Canada (24 yrs and counting). I am also a subscriber and huge fan of Dan Dobbs blog/emails. And trust me when I tell you that I get so much spam crap from lending institutions, lead generation companies, RE Brokerages etc.. that I subscribe to virtually nothing industry related. I find a majority of them to be 100% self serving and a waste of space. Dan's blog is easy to read, quality links, great choice of subscription options and EXTREMELY up to date regarding and and all lending challenges and industry news. I was referred to his blog by another Realtor and now I am whole heartedly referring it to you. Just give it a shot. You can always unsubscribe at any time... but I don't think you will.
