I had a great experience doing a cash out refinance thanks to an AWESOME mortgage originator, Johnny Latapie. If you want a honest, knowledgeable, and professional to help you in your refinance, he is the one. I compared Quicken Loans, Loan Depot and Johnny Latapie with Mutual of Omaha. The previous were like old car salespeople; rude and unprofessional. Even though Johnny didn't quote me the cheapest rate, I wanted to do business with him because he was knowledgeable and professional. He didn't want to do a quick sale.
