I recently have had a chance to work with Cara, Honey and Megan. Our small HOA accounts are managed by My HOA. We've had some challenges along the way. My AZ HOA Manager manages the community in North Phoenix I'm a board member of. In fact, they took over management about 2.5 years ago, around the time I joined the community and board.

Our current property manager, Cara Boldizar, has been an effective facilitator of various projects and issue resolution since taking over our account several months ago. She helped get our years-long effort to install a gate to secure the property across the finish line. Communication between the board and the PM team has been markedly improved since her taking over.

This is my first experience on an HOA board working with a property management firm, so I don't have any reference to compare them to. I will say I've been generally satisfied with their efforts to manage our property and look forward to continue working with them on future projects.

I was very pleased with the attention my issue received from an
employee named Honey! ( yes she WAS very Sweet-LOL) I needed some attention to sort out billing details of the 2 accounts I have and she handled it quickly and efficiently! It made me feel our association was in good hands. Also I find once I get to the right person, the association management is very efficient and caring in solving issues. Last, I find them very good at keeping clear communication with the owners.
