We moved out of a house a few weeks ago that we had rented from NAI. We haven’t been able to get ahold of them, so we went into the office and they wouldn’t tell us anything. We put down a $5000 deposit on that house when we moved into it, and we left it in good shape. That’s a lot of money that we need back. Not to mention the two times we called them to fix things it took them forever to get back to us and get it done. Every time I call Kristi she immediately sends me to voicemail where I’m unable to leave a message.

This has to be the worst property management company I have ever seen. They take from your rent and apply it to the previous months rent which by law you can't do if the rent has been paid in full. I have a court date for Friday because I'm during them. I have paid my rent with a money order and I send it certified mail because the start of the new month and they say that I'm late on my rent and they charge me a $75 late fee. What the billing department is doing is against the law and I have called in and fair housing in mediation Board several times so now I'm taking it to the courthouse.

I would strongly advise you people do not rent from them ever . And for those people who are leaving positive remarks please stop lying be honest .

Dont ever rent from this company which is known as the The Vanguards now. When they first showed me my apartment it was dirty and when I was in my unit burning at 96 degrees this summer it took them more then a month and me threating them to small claims to replace our ac unit that didn't work when they knew about it being broken. Will never rent from them ever again and they fixed our apartment to the point where drawers have broken to cheap fixing never rent from these people they scam you out of your money.

Worst ever. They try charging for maintenance..... even when the repair was not a tenant damage issue. They take days sometimes weeks to return your calls or messages. No grace period for your rent then they charge almost $100 late fee ON TOP of another fee to deliver your missed rent notice.
Loud and rude neighbors...... they don’t care.

Worst management! This is the worst property management to deal with. I rent an apartment in Apple valley from them. They gave you old carpet, leaking walls, leaking sinks, people break your mail box and take your mail. They do not care. first inspection they said everything was ok, but once you leave they create things to take your deposit. Please I do not recommend this company for rent.

I rent from NAI CAPITAL at Hesperia. This apartment/ Condo are not managed professional. First the carpet wasn't clean. It was soaked with water to hide the many stains. My unit leaks every time it rains. I have talked to other tenants and found their units leak. The other tenant showed me the mold growing in there unit. I have asked for my place to tested for mold that went on death ears.

Nai I’m the high desert is a joke. They never get back to you. You file a maintenance complain and they never get back at you.
Their manage should be working at a McDonald’s.
Ido not recommend renting using them. Iam currently using them and I hate it.

The worst company to rent from. They make up BS fees on everything to charge you more. Not to mention they charge you on your rent so if you dont pay it it look like your rent is late! Its so unfortunate that my previous property management sold out to this company. I will be moving ASAP. Plus they have a property manager walking by your property several times a week just to check for "property violations" i hate this company.
