I have been banking with the Nano Banc since 2017 for both Personal and business banking. I have been very satisfied as they have given me not only good rate of return but also significant assistance in personal and business banking. Something that large major banks would never be able to offer at nominal cost. Everything is automated. I rarely if ever needed to go to the branch.
It’s been a very helpful to bank with a very friendly and helpful bank.
I recommend Nano Banc to anyone who is serious about banking especially in this millennia.

I love everything and almost everyone at Nano Banc. We have been with them since they opened and our life is better and easier with them helping us along the way. We were with a big Citi type bank before and they kept things from us that would have made us money and kept our fees down. Nano is always finding ways to let us keep our money. From our personal banker to the president of the bank. They have all been helpful. Try them out.

I guarantee you that the previous reviews of this bank are fake. Here is the truth. Everything that worked so well before as Commerce Bank has now gone to hell since Nano took over. Perfect example would be online banking which no longer works. Received instructions in mail to set up new account. URL for business accounts requires log in info which I do not have. No place to set up new account. URL for personal banking is not valid. Called customer service line and get no answer, only indefinite hold. Called bank directly and they have no idea how to fix. So far, it seems that Nanobanc is only good at destroying a perfectly good system with no plan in place to make a smooth transition. I feel sorry for the employees of the bank that have to deal with an incompetent employer.

I have never written a bad review, and I am not going to spend time slamming Nana Bank now. I will just say that the service was much better before they took it over.
When I have problem at Nano, I’ve had to contact Kyle at their corporate office to get results.
The only reason I have written what I have is because this is the second time Nano bank has asked me to review them.

Same experience as previous review. My experience with Commerce Bank of TV was always great until Nano Bank took over and now it’s a complete joke. Their “corporate offices” transfer out to some lady’s cell phone for password resets, app assistance, etc... Ridiculously slow turnaround with help on my business account. Apparently in the transferring of banks shuffle, my customer ID was lost and they couldn’t even find me in the system. Took 4 calls and 2 days later with some lady talking to me from her cell phone fixing the problem. (Who by the way was a bit snarky in her tone while assisting me) Today tried to use my card and it’s no longer working at all even though there is money in my account. That’s not the worst of the problem, when you go to call they are “closed”. I always loved this bank when it was commerce bank because of its small town feel and great level of service but that’s not the case anymore.

When this was Commerce Bank it was the best bank in the WORLD. The switch to Nano has become the WORST bank in the world. The staff at the Murrieta office are so nice and try to help but the people in Irvine are NO help...dont answer the phone and dont return calls. Their new website says WHITE Glove Service. HA! Please... Online banking is a joke...not easy to navigate. I will be moving all 3 of my accounts this week.
