Nate is an amazing insurance agent compared to may insurance agents I have spoken or work with before. It is because of his and Dawn's customer service that I chose StateFarm to be insurance. He is patient, helpful, and kind. I have not had an bad experience yet. No matter my issue or questions, he answers in a timely fashion and works with me until the issue or question is resolved or answered. Love my experience thus far and I plan to continue using StateFarm in the future. I highly recommend any needing insurance to use Nate's office. You would not be disappointed.

We just bought a new SUV and I have always used ALFA but State Farm had much better rates. My Chevrolet Silverado was insured by ALFA and so I checked and State Farm was half the price for the same amount of coverage. I moved my truck also to State Farm. I have ALFA Homeowners and they always been very easy to work with and have replaced my roof twice with no argument. I've heard stories about State Farm as far as being difficult to get them to pay for claims. I hope that's not the case if I need them for a claim some day.

Horrible. Well, I guess I don't know because they won't answer. I called 5 times on a normal business day, during their advertised hours with the call being forwarded each time to a voicemail that is apparently not monitored, because I've yet to receive a call back.
