Bad customer support . You call them they tell you one thing that’s wrong and create headaches . They are either not trained correctly or don’t care , unsure .My situation: I changed bank account and inputted the right account and routing number and it wasn’t coming out of my account I called several times to confirmed and they told me everything was fine, then 1 week later I got a letter saying it was paid but there were some issues so I have to pay 2 reverse fees of $20. I called and they could only waive one , I mentioned my situation and the customer care representative didn’t care . It’s not the first time this has happened . it has happened also with escrow issues ( because they messed up) and other internal departments they aren’t trained well and don’t care , unfortunately . Their website basically doesn’t work right and when you call it seems ifs a hustle and need to call several times to get someone who actually knows what they are doing. It’s just an unnecessary pain.

Gem and Allison answered every one of my questions with kindness and understanding. Each time I felt anxious or scared they were on stand by with reassurance. Buying a home is confusing and expensive, but having someone rooting for you every step of the way makes the process much more enjoyable.
