Just had a very bad experience as 13 year loyal customer. Was non renewed by our existing home insurer due to a claim. Not NavSavs fault. We started the process with them 2.5 months ago to get a new insurer. Strung me along telling me on multiple occasions that all was in-process and under control. Turns out they did nothing. The agent I worked with bragged about all her industry experience, connections and knowledge. USELESS. Contacted another referred broker who on short notice found us excellent multiple options and got us insured just in time. Senior NavSav management sent me a email message that was such BS I just laughed and deleted it.
