It hurts to write this review about Ryan Morrow because I’ve had such great experiences with him over the years until recently. In a recent move from California to Texas I made the unfortunate mistake of allowing Ryan Morrow to handle my loan for a new home in Texas. Ryan assured me that he could do our loan even tho he doesn’t live in Texas. I whole heartedly trusted him and that became an expensive mistake. Upon doing our loan, Ryan and his team didn’t factor in the right figures for the taxes in Texas and a year later cost us dearly. Because of this HUGE mistake in their part, our impound wasn’t what it should’ve been and our lender had to raise our mortgage from $3500 to $4600. When I reached out to Ryan about this, there was no accountability, no empathy, and definitely no remorse on his part. He tried to pass blame on everyone (like the title co, the realtor, even the sun if he could have) but himself. Mistakes happen in life but accountability is what separates us from the animals as human beings. He even gave us false information regarding re-amortization our loan and I called out on it he said he will look into and get back to me and months later I’m still waiting. This was very callous and costly mistake on Ryan’s part and my family and I are still paying for it for the length and duration of this loan and that’s sad. BUYERS AND CUSTOMERS BE WARE. DO NOT USE NEO LOANS IF YOU DON’T LIVE IN CALIFORNIA BECAUSE THEY DON’T KNOW OTHER STATE LAWS AND REGULATIONS.
